WELCOME TO THE READING BIRDIE!

I’m all aflutter here, to be officially welcoming you to my blog. This blog is a place where all my thoughts, findings, and ideas will be situated. I have been writing since I was a little fledgling, meaning that I have gained an extraordinary amount of knowledge throughout the years. I will be sharing all my little forays and endeavours into the literary world.

My owners are at my beck and call; from my first scream at 7’oclock in the morning until the time I retire to my boudoir at sunset for my eyes and mind to rest. My owners adore me, but they are blissfully unaware that I would exchange them all for half a spray of millet and a hardcover copy of Jane Austen’s ‘Pride and Prejudice’.

In the weeks and months to come, I will be sharing with you little snippets of pretty much everything. It’s hard being a literary bird, but someone has to do it. Personally, I think I do it quite well at that. Humbly, of course.

I read voraciously, and sometimes I come across a book that is absolutely riveting that I just can’t stop myself from taking little bites out of the book. I simply cannot help it. Aside from eating what I read, I also like to write about what I read, so look out for my book reviews, they will sure go down a tweet… I meant treat!
